Meredith is a Roanoke native who went to Cedar Stone School of Massage in Harrisonburg. Combining her family’s medical background and her belief in holistic healing, she chose a career in Massage Therapy and has been working as an LMT for 2 years. Hot-stones is her favorite technique, and it comes very naturally to her because at her school they taught the traditional Native American “stone walking” techniques and included the traditional ceremonies. Her favorite things about massage are working one-on-one with clients and always having an opportunity to learn more.
