Enhanced cleaning procedures, including 15 minutes between each appointment to thoroughly sanitize rooms, along with the use of a UV-C light daily. Common rooms will be cleaned at least once per hour throughout the day.

Precautionary measures include face masks for employees and clients, mandatory employee temperature checks, and affirmation that you aren't sick or haven't been around anyone that has been sick.

WHAT WE'RE ASKING CLIENTS TO COMMIT TO

- wear a face mask at all times while in the building

-follow proper hand washing guidelines before/during appointment

-reschedule or cancel your appointment (without risk of penalty fees) if you answer yes to any of the questions listed below.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR NEXT VISIT

To enjoy your experience to the fullest, we ask that guests be aware of the following standards and requests to help us ensure your safety and comfort as well as that of other clients and employees.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION:

  • ​Cancel/reschedule your session (without charge) if you answer yes to any of the following:​​

  • ​Mandatory curbside check-in: clients must call the office from their vehicle when they arrive. The therapist will get you when they are ready to start your session.

  • The entire room will be disinfected, including table, bolster, face cradle, door handles, stools, and light switch.

  • Room will be prepared with fresh sheets and face cradle cover.

  • Massage therapists will wash their hands before going to greet their guests.

DURING YOUR SESSION:

  • Both client and massage therapist will wear face masks.

  • For extra sanitation precautions, all blankets have been removed from treatment rooms until further notice. Coverings are still in use for warmth and to protect modesty.

AFTER EACH SESSION:

  • 15 minute turnover period between each session to perform the necessary sanitation protocols and to complete the procedures listed above.

  • UV-C lights will be used daily in each room to eliminate any remaining traces of bacteria.

  2. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory problem)?
