Sophia Robinette started her massage therapy career at the Daniel's institute of massage and the healing arts in the Roanoke valley. Sophia believes that soft tissue injuries and postural imbalances can heal themselves if given the right tools and guidance. She has been an athlete most of her life and enjoys working with athletes of all ages. She also enjoys helping clients with chronic illnesses with their pain management. She has taken different continuing education courses including myofascial release, shoulder pain, and is currently studying to become an RN.
