Lori Lambert graduated Summa Cum Laude from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga. She holds a BA in Sociology, with a teaching certification. After becoming nationally certified in massage, Lori earned her Masters in Esthetics (medical skincare). She takes great pride in her work and strives to help her clients achieve better physical and mental health through massage. Lori performs Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Reflexology, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral Massage (excellent for relief of headaches). She uses miofacial release, Travell, trigger point therapy, stretching, and other modalities to achieve the best results for her clients.
