Crystal's Healing Hands Massage is Owner operated by a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist. Providing healing massage for our clients since 2011, our therapists are highly trained and motivated to learn and grow to better serve you. We provide massage oil combinations put together in house, and we also have hydraulic massage tables in every room for comfort and convenience while giving better access for our wheelchair bound clients.

Crystal is a graduate of Daniels Institute of Healing Arts and she has been giving massages her whole life. From the time she was young, she helped her Mom who had back problems by giving her massages.  She has always been told she has a calling for this field. Following her dreams, she then opened her first location of Crystal’s Healing Hands Massage, LLC in 2011. Shortly after, she found Medical Massage and became a Medical Massage Practitioner. She is also a Reiki Master, Certified Cupping Practitioner, and is not only Licensed but also a Board Certified Massage Therapist. Massage has truly made a big difference in her health, and she loves learning to further her skills to help others, and make a difference in their health.

Catherine began her Massage Therapy journey after graduating from the Massage Therapy Program at Miller-Motte Technical College.  Her passion for helping others, as well as her desire to work in a holistic environment, are just two of the many reasons she chose Massage Therapy.  She believes that massage not only helps to heal the body from injuries or stress, but is also healing on a mental and emotional level.  She thoroughly enjoys developing her relationships with her clients, which further benefits their mind, body, and spirit.  She has training in the following modalities: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Hot Stone, Cupping, Anatomy Trains, and Nurturing the Mother Prenatal Massage.  Catherine takes a therapeutic approach to her massages by drawing from her knowledge of all modalities to better serve each client's specific needs.  With a career that is ever changing with new modalities, her goal is to make each client feel even better than they came in by utilizing the vast amount of continuing education to better her skills.

Kelly Martindale’s massage therapy career started in 2011 after graduating from the Center for Massage and Natural Health located in Asheville, NC.

Kelly’s focus is to RENEW YOU with her unique integrative therapeutic style. She maintains presence throughout your visit, creating a sense of comfort. Her clients seeking relaxation experience rhythmic strokes, light rocking, stretching and joint movements to reset a mind / body connection. Individuals that need chronic issues addressed, Kelly pours on the pressure to release tension built up in muscle tissue helping the client to transform holding patterns.

Kelly can be booked for Swedish/Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal sessions. Kelly uses techniques from her training in Positional Release, PNF Stretches, Thai, LomiLomi, Esalen massage, Reflexology, Body Re balancing NMT, and Reiki.

Kelly is a Roanoke, VA native, with a creative streak. “I’m always doing something with my hands” Kelly makes jewelry, home decor and sews. She has a passion for animals and adores nature.

Sophia Robinette started her massage therapy career at the Daniel's institute of massage and the healing arts in the Roanoke valley. Sophia believes that soft tissue injuries and postural imbalances can heal themselves if given the right tools and guidance. She has been an athlete most of her life and enjoys working with athletes of all ages. She also enjoys helping clients with chronic illnesses with their pain management. She has taken different continuing education courses including Myofascial release, shoulder pain, and is currently studying for a medical massage certification.

LMT and Master Esthetician

Lori Lambert graduated Summa Cum Laude from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga. She holds a BA in Sociology, with a teaching certification. After becoming nationally certified in massage, Lori earned her Masters in Esthetics (medical skincare). She takes great pride in her work and strives to help her clients achieve better physical and mental health through massage. Lori performs Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Reflexology, and Craniosacral Massage (excellent for relief of headaches). She uses miofacial release, Travell, trigger point therapy, stretching, and other modalities to achieve the best results for her clients.

Sean McConnel began his professional adventure into massage at The Daniel's Institute of Massage and The Healing Arts in 2016. He has become proficient at portraying his own personal healing practices of Meditation, Nutrition, and Yoga into his style of massage. He approaches each day and client with a passion to educate and reintegrate the muscles and mind with your natural constitution. He is proficient at Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Reflexology, Sports, Hot Stone, Geriatric, and Prenatal massage modalities.

Rhonda graduated from Daniels Institute of Massage and Healing Arts. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Massage. As one client said post-massage, "I feel like I am walking on clouds." Rhonda hopes everyone can leave a massage with her with a similar experience, feeling rejuvenated in mind, body and soul. She would like to eventually pursue Continuing Education in Reflexology, Prenatal and Infant Massage.

When Rhonda is not at work, you will find her at home being a full-time mommy, dreaming about the next vacation with her husband, or going to the beach (or dreaming she's at the beach).
